Case History: 46-year-old woman who presents with a mass adjacent to the  left adrenal gland, which underwent resection. Intraoperatively, the mass was noted to be surrounded by inflamed fat and lymph nodes adjacent to the superior pole of the kidney.  There was no obvious invasion of adjacent structures or studding of the peritoneum.  


H&E sections of the resected mass are shown. What is your diagnosis?
