An 85 year-old female came with an episode of gross hematuria. The patient endorsed being an ex-heavy smoker (20-30/day, >10 years), and having quit recently. Ultrasound and CT scan studies reveal a polypoid mass, measuring 2.0 cm on the right posterior bladder wall, adjacent to right ureterovesical junction. The rest of the pelvic organs could not be further assessed radiologically due to artifact. No significant lymphadenopathy was noted. A transurethral resection was performed. H&E sections and immunostains for GATA3 and CK20 are shown.
