A 39-year-old man presents with fatigue and easy bruising. CBC showed leukocytosis, anemia and thrombocytopenia.

Hb: 7.3/ Platelets: 21K/ WBC: 19.7K, Differential: 97% blasts, 3% lymphocytes.

Peripheral blood flow cytometry shows an expanded population of myeloid blasts with CD19 co-expression.

The patient underwent bone marrow biopsy.
