Case History: 61-year-old man with progressively worsening vision in his left field of view for approximately six to seven weeks, as well as approximately three weeks of worsening nausea, vomiting, and headache. During this latter time frame, he also reports left sided weakness and frequent falls. Brain MRI showed a 7.8 x 6.0 x 4.4 cm thick walled, centrally necrotic, peripherally enhancing mass within the posterior right temporoparietal lobe.
