The Iranian Pathologist Association of North America (IPANA) Board of Directors is excited to announce the Association has successfully applied for and has been granted tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In addition, IPANA also qualifies to receive tax deductible gifts in accordance with federal regulations of charitable organization. This was the Board’s top priority, and positions the Association to move forward with an active membership recruitment campaign, and allows the Association to accept tax deductible gifts. Together, we look forward to building IPANA as a valuable forum for pathologists to share information, education and research with colleagues to that provides awareness of issues related to the practice of Pathology among its members.
