We are pleased to announce Dr. Sara Javidiparsijani from the Department of Pathology, NYU Medical Center, New York, NY, as the recipient of IPANA’s 7th Annual Trainee Award, for her USCAP 2020 platform presentation “Single-cell evaluation of myelodysplastic syndrome stem cells identify determinants of hypomethylating agent response and a novel prognostic gene signature.”

Dr. Javidiparsijani will be joining the University of Louisville Department of Pathology this summer as an assistant professor. Congratulations to Dr. Javidiparsijani and thank you to everyone who submitted their abstracts for consideration.
